Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and refunds of our artisan jams and infused honey are accepted on items that have not been opened. Items that are spoiled, expired or damaged may not be accepted and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide a receipt.

All sales are final.

Returns and refunds of all other items

For all other items aside from those listed above, we have a 14 day return policy from the date that the item was received. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, in its/their original packaging, and be accompanied by the original receipt from Heirloom Jams or affiliated partner.

Requesting and processing returns

To process a return, send an email to heirloomjams@gmail.com. A representative will process a return and provide a return number. Returns must be sent to our return facility in Lakeland, FL.

Exchanges

Heirloom Jams may accept exchanges provided all criteria are met.

Refunds

Once accepted, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the bank to show available funds in your account.
